Gospel breakfast with Billy Graham grandson in Winkler next week

Will Graham, the grandson of evangelist Billy Graham, will be at the Heartland Inn next Thursday, Aug. 18 to speak at the Winkler Gospel breakfast.

This summer, local churches and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada are bringing a special evangelistic outreach initiative, called Rock the River tour, to Winnipeg. Rock the River brings churches, businesses, and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) together to train, equip, and support evangelical churches to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus to the next generation.

The public is invited attend the August 18 breakfast to help raise support for reaching the next generation with the Gospel through Rock the River. Graham, eldest son of Franklin Graham and the grandson Billy Graham will share how this message of hope is being proclaimed here in Canada and around the world by the BGEA.

Rock the River tour is a bold mission to reach youth across Canada with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Rock the River has already had an enormous impact in Western Canada; join us in reaching the next generation.

Rock the River equips Christians, and Christian youth in particular, to tell friends, family and others about Jesus Christ. For months the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association has been working with Manitoba churches and Christian leaders preparing for this exciting evangelistic outreach. On Saturday, September 17th at The Forks in Winnipeg, a Rock the River evangelistic outreach takes place. It will feature a morning children's program and, in the afternoon and evening, music by some of the best known Christian artists and multiple presentations of the Gospel from Franklin Graham.

There are many opportunities for people to get involved and support this ministry.
