Vandalism a concern at Stanley Park 0
RCMP are aiming to keep a closer eye on Stanley Park after a spate of vandalism and damage at the public area south of Morden.
They are investigating ongoing incidents of mischief at Stanley Park with a recent report citing that a picnic table was smashed, seats were missing off of the swings and vehicles have been 'cutting donuts' in the ball diamonds and other grass areas, leaving deep gouges on the property.
There have also been an increasing number of beer and hard liquor bottles lying around.
RCMP indicated they would be conducting increased patrols of the area and ask the public to report any damage or persons causing mischief and to note a description of the suspect(s) and/or vehicle.
Meanwhile, RCMP also highlighted the following incidents for the period of June 25 to July 2.

Investigation continuing.

One report involved a 911 marker having been pulled out of the ground and used to break the driver's side window of the owner's1996 Mitsubishi Van. The owner's business sign was also stolen from the property.
